Terms & Conditions — Magnum96 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Magnum96 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "Magnum96"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at magnum96.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Magnum96 platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming promotional bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Your account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by Magnum96 for violations of these Terms.

To access wagering features on the Magnum96 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and valid contact details.

You warrant that all information provided during registration — and at any subsequent time when updating your account — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Magnum96 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate.

Each individual person may maintain only one active account on the Magnum96 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, using the same device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Magnum96 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts, and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Magnum96 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been authorised by you.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting Magnum96 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of applicable outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts closed under voluntary self-exclusion requests will be subject to the terms of the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Magnum96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Available methods may be updated from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed within the player account dashboard.

Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and maximum withdrawal limits are published within the payment section of the Platform and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and VIP tier level. Magnum96 reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice to players.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including payments from accounts held by another individual, whether a family member or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, Magnum96 reserves the right to hold or return the relevant funds and to require full KYC documentation before any withdrawal is approved.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Magnum96 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts transacting via DuitNow and FPX; actual processing times may vary due to banking system hours, verification requirements, or volume. Magnum96 does not charge withdrawal fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All gaming and wagering activities on the Magnum96 Platform are subject to the individual Game Rules applicable to each product. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant Game Rules for that product. Game Rules are accessible via the individual game or sports market interface.

The following general wagering rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed after submission, except where permitted by the specific Game Rules of a product (e.g., certain in-play cash-out features).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or data error affecting the outcome of a wager, Magnum96 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• Magnum96 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all applicable casino games. Outcomes are generated randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Sports betting odds are set by Magnum96 at its sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time prior to settlement. Odds displayed at the time of wager placement are the odds applicable to that wager, subject to settlement rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per day, as published within the relevant product interface. These limits may differ by product, market, and Player tier.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, birthday bonuses, referral credits, and other promotional incentives offered by Magnum96 are subject to the individual terms of each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, eligible games and game contribution rates, and bonus expiry windows are stated in the specific promotion terms. Players are advised to review these terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

While an active bonus is applied to a Player's account, the maximum single stake per wager is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500 (as specified in the relevant promotion terms). Placing bets exceeding this maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Magnum96 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of an event to minimise risk ("hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players, and systematic exploitation of game mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, Magnum96 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Magnum96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at its sole discretion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or materially modified, Magnum96 will provide reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Magnum96 Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC documentation.
• Using, or attempting to use, automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void.
• Using abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing language when communicating with Magnum96 staff or other players via any Platform channel.
• Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

Magnum96 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct section.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe of a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, account compromise, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• A legal, regulatory, or court order requiring restriction of the account.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, Magnum96 may void any outstanding bonus funds, free bets, and promotional credits. Verified real-money deposits not subject to dispute may be returned to the Player's registered payment method at Magnum96's discretion following completion of any outstanding investigations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magnum96 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance windows, or technical malfunctions beyond Magnum96's reasonable control, including third-party payment system outages.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any action taken or not taken in reliance on information provided by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Magnum96's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Magnum96, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the Magnum96 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, images, video content, and audio content — is owned by or licensed to Magnum96 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Magnum96 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Magnum96 and may not be used without prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written authorisation of Magnum96. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that all intellectual property notices are retained intact.

Your privacy is important to Magnum96. The collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be accessed at /privacy-policy.

By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of identification documents submitted for KYC purposes, payment transaction data, and account activity data for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

Magnum96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all account holders at no charge:
